LAKE RAILWAY, Burbank, WA.: Oregon Connect IV & V
Condon Construction was contracted to work on the Lake Railway project for the Oregon Connect reconstructing new track, turnouts and highway crossings that connect Hwy 299 in Alturas, CA and Hwy 140 in Lakeview, OR.
- Installed 10,000 ties and seven turnouts
- Replaced 15,000 lineal feet of rail
- Constructed two Hwy crossings: Hwy 299 in Alturas, CA (Caltrans), and Hwy 140 in Lakeview OR, (ODOT)
- Constructed 1,200 track feet in Industrial Park
- Constructed 1,000 track feet at the Wye
- Constructed three #9 turnouts
- Constructed 700 track feet of mainline
- Constructed 1,300 track feet of storage track
