Mark Condon, President of Condon Construction, LLC has over 30 years of experience directly managing railroad construction and infrastructure projects in the western United States and Alaska.   He has worked in all aspects of the industry including project planning, logistics, engineering and equipment design, materials and equipment procurement, bidding, and project performance management 

After working for some of the largest national and regional companies, Mark recognized the railroad industry needed a more agile, responsive contractor whose core values are focused on safety and customer service, and in response he founded Condon Construction in 2014 to deliver a higher safety and emergency response time commitment.

Condon Construction is committed to hiring industry leaders and providing career path training to other construction professionals entering the railroad industry. Our labor pool consists of skilled trade workers and laborers including riggers, welders, electricians, drivers, operating engineers, technicians, railroad-specific and conventional heavy equipment operators and laborers.
